Ray joined JAKALA in 2010 after an extensive career in communications, public policy, and digital strategy. As Senior Director of CX Solutions & Partnerships, he leads JAKALA's solutions and technical consulting practice and shapes their global partnership program. He has spoken extensively at events in the US and Europe on open source, scalability, digital transformation, and governance.
